As of February 25, 2025, the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) no longer accepts in-person appointments at our office. You can request a video appointment using our appointment booking tool

How to book your appointment:

  1. Go to the appointment booking tool
  2. Select an available date on the calendar
  3. Select an available time
  4. Fill in your personal details
  5. Provide your BC PNP file number (if applicable) 
  6. Describe the purpose of your appointment
  7. Click the 'book' button
  8. Check your email account for a confirmation message with instructions
Please note: 
  • Only book one appointment at a time. If you book more than one appointment, additional appointments will be cancelled
  • You will receive a reminder email before your appointment 
  • If you can’t attend at the scheduled time, please reschedule or cancel your appointment in advance
  • Remember to install Microsoft Teams before your video appointment


How to join your appointment:

  1. Find your confirmation email or reminder email
  2. Click the 'join your appointment' button in your confirmation email
  3. Wait for BC PNP staff to start the meeting. When the meeting starts, our staff will ask a few questions to confirm your identity

How to reschedule your appointment:

  1. Find your confirmation email
  2. Click the 'reschedule' button in your confirmation email. A new page will appear with your appointment details
  3. Click the 'reschedule' button
  4. Select an available date on the calendar
  5. Select an available time
  6. Verify your details are correct
  7. Click the 'update booking' button. A pop-up message will appear confirming your rescheduled booking
  8. Click 'OK'
  9. Check your email account for a confirmation message
Please note: You will not have the option to reschedule your appointment if there is less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Please email PNPinfo@gov.bc.ca to request a change to your appointment.


How to cancel your appointment:

  1. Find your confirmation email
  2. Click the 'reschedule' button in your confirmation email. A new page will appear with your appointment details
  3. Click the 'cancel booking' button. A pop-up message will appear asking if you want to cancel the booking
  4. Click 'cancel booking'. A pop-up message will appear confirming your cancellation
  5. Click 'OK'
  6. Check your email account for a confirmation message

Please note: You will not have the option to cancel your appointment if there is less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Please email PNPinfo@gov.bc.ca to cancel your appointment.
